|Recommended: YesQuiet, friendly, clean, safe apartment living opportunitites — We have enjoyed Spring lake point for over two years. The apartments are very nice, the maintenance requests are always done in a timely fashion. I have a son with a significant disability and the staff has always been understanding and helpful. The apartments are located in a quiet gated safe part of town that is very convenient for shopping, eating out and other local entertainment. We have been extremely happy with our choice to live here.

|Recommended: YesI love this Place Recommend anyone to stay here — This place is so quiet and beautiful. My neighbors are so respectful and easy to get along with. The staff, from the office to the grounds keeper, are all so friendly. This apartment complex is the only apartments I have ever lived in that engages with the community. Tomorrow morning they are providing breakfast for the residents. On the 27th of this month the community will be having a craw fish boil. On another note the surrounding neighborhood outside of the gates is great for joggers. Very Safe secluded place for a run. 5 out of 5 Everytime
|Recommended: YesI absolutely love it here — I visited just about every apartment complex in Shreveport Bossier before deciding upon SpringLake. I spent 6 months researching. I love it here. Peaceful. Staff is always willing to help, I have never had to wait for anything. Been here almost 8 months...no intention of leaving anytime soon

|Recommended: YesGreat apartments, friendly neighborhood — Very decent apartments for the price. I've seen more expensive apartments with less amenities. Plenty of parking and my neighbors are relatively quiet - the fireplace and wet bar are big pluses for me as well. The only negatives I've seen are that the bathroom sinks are very low, but that may be great for those with kids also the wood paneling around the pantry in my kitchen is very old and has started to pop off, it's a very minor inconvenience but it is something.
Overall highly recommend it

Staff is so nice I even got a Birthday gift at my front door It's a lovely view from my patio. It's also a pet friendly community. The pool areas are always clean and nice to look at as well as the common areas. Thanks for making this a great place to come to everyday SHELLEY

|Recommended: YesSpringlake living is easy going — I love the environment here. The people are friendly, helpful, and I always feel glad this is home. Any need is quickly tended to and the campus is constantly being kept up and refurbished where needed. The neighborhood itself is tucked into a great spot that makes it easy to access pretty much anywhere you want to go in a short amount of time.
