|Recommended: YesGreat experience — The office staff is very nice and readily available during office hours. This is my first experience living in an apartment, but it has been pleasant living here where the property is constantly being maintained and the grounds are kept clean. The gym is not much to talk about. It could use a lot of help. There are minimal options on free weights and one all-in-one machine. The pool areas are large and clean. This is a great value for what I pay with the clean, open, well-maintained apartment with paid water utilities close to a lot of the commercial part of town, but secluded enough in a quiet neighborhood.

|Recommended: YesThe BEST, hands down — I lived in this apartment complex for almost four years. My very first apartment on my own leaving the parents house. Maintenance is AMAZING, if you ever have a problem they are on it very swiftly Shreveport summers are NO fun, one must have cold A C, haha . The office staff is nothing short of spectacular Stephannie, Allison, Brandon and Brittany . Also, the onsite courtesy officer, Marcus, is fantastic as well ALL of SLP's staff are wonderful . If you're looking for a home for your daughter son moving away for college or simply a great family home, this is without a doubt the place Stop looking now and come visit Spring Lake Point, you will definitely love it there

|Recommended: YesSpringLake Property and Maintenance — It's pretty quiet at SpringLake, and the property is well-kept and pleasing to the eye but the amount of time to get repairs fixed needs to beaddressed. For the amount of rent that is paid, a tenant shouldn't have to wait over a week for repairs. If additional maintenance is needed, then that needs to be addressed as well.
