I already did once, they even give you money for referring people.
I only have 2 real complaints is that when you live downstairs, you can hear the upstairs... fairly easily. And when they start playing rap music, the bass notes travel through the floor way too easily.
The other residents don't often tell their visitors don't park in front of the apartments, use overflow . It's as if they forget that's in the rulebook. Which leads to valuable spots being taken. I would willingly pay extra per month if they would give assigned spots.
The staff maint, and office are extremely friendly though, and get requests done in a timely manner.

|Recommended: Yes2 Time Spring Lake Pointe Resident — I lived in Spring Lake once before with my mom, during my last year in college I decided to move back with my newborn. Because of the gated community, alarm systems in each unit, and friendliness of the staff, I felt that this was the best place to call home for us. The only complaint I would have, is the building I reside in, is between two parking lots so unloading anything can be time consuming, especially with a child. Other than that one small issue, I personally have, I absolutely love living in Spring Lake Pointe.

|Recommended: Yes11 Month Review — Let me preface this review by stating that I have lived in some sketchy areas. My wife and I were moving to Shreveport and needed an apartment ASAP . Spring Lake Point was recommended to us from a friend who lived here years ago, so we applied and were approved. We were a little nervous about moving into an apartment complex that we just weren't personally familiar with but what we received was an apartment with virtually no problems.
-We CANNOT hear our neighbors through the wall or their pets .
-We always find parking.
-The maintenance team works fast if you do encounter a problem i.e. ants, AC unit, etc.
-Two pools are available to you
-And the surrounding neighborhoods make excellent walking jogging running biking areas
Overall this was a decent if not great experience.
